Unable to add and open pdf files

When I try to add pdf files, I receive the following error: unhandled exception has occurred in your application.

Have same problem.  Pdf's were created from microsoft reporting services 9.0

I had downloaded your PDF splitter and merger program, and it is truly excellent.
In fact, I searched everywhere online for another freeware version of this , and couldn't find it anywhere
 
 
Your program works great except it doesn't read the Sharp copier scanned PDF file ( sample attached )
I believe it is in the header of the text file of the PDF.
This is the error that I get
 
" Error.....Input string was not in a correct format. "
 
 
 
Is it possible to incorporate/avoid this string into the coding of the program ?
 
Let me know.
 
Your program works with all other PDF's that I tried.
 
 
My next step might be to contact Sharp copiers about their PDF formatting.
